After a suggestion from treelaunka, made it so elevators can be used by mercenaries, as well as the gambler in the tavern (cause why not)

Also, have added additions in a seperate upload

added "restart" to the game over dialogue to avoid going back to the menu each time.

also made it so prestige can be spent at the legacy shop, rather than legacy points ( as i guess, youll never earn legacy points if you don't die)

i made it a lot neater, shouldn't clash with other things now, and hopefully will require less upkeep
