- Certain mod-added enemies can now also make the Dark Events eligible to spawn after the player has seen them. More enemies can be added to this list in XComDarkEventSettings.ini
- The "Dark Events are permanent" toggle is now also located in the same configuration file, so if you have made changes to this, you will need to make them again

Fixes:
- Upon being triggered, Defensive Tactics will no longer cause all doors in the vicinity to slam shut/open... (don't ask)

Fixes:

Defensive Tactics:
- The on-death effect is now displayed as a perk bonus (green buff). When triggered multiple times, this buff will show up multiple times in the F1 menu.
- The localization now shows the correct number for the dodge bonus.
- The defense bonus/aim penalty now displays the perk's name in the shot breakdown

Misc:
- SPARKs should no longer benefit from the robot Dark Events (not sure if they even did but I realized my filter wasn't set up 100% correctly)
