+Fixed a convar name so that it is actually written in proper english and can be used without calling me names before finding the solution at random cuz what i wrote was wrong.

+ Made the Amnesiac not out themselves by default

+ added a convar to enable amnesiac to receive role without confirming
+ added a convar to enable amnesiac to get roles from confirmed bodies

+ added multiple language files
+ added documentations
+ cleaned up and enhanced the target id integration when loooking at dead bodies.

+ the amnesiac will now by default :
- Not show a confirmation message when getting a role
- Not be able to get a role from confirmed players
- Show a popup instead of a confirmation message
