-Total overhaul of normal grunts, new elite model wooo

-Removed helmet stripes.
-Removed white body camoflage.
-Added a headset bodygroup for hl2 models (exception being elite model).
-Modified pads on arms and legs, now you can select between grey and the original color variation.
-Upped color saturation for skins.


And other minor tweaks & fixes.

Removed shotgunner texture, added 4 camoflage patterns, added suit patterns, added red helmet strip as a bodygroup, added combine elite logo armpad as a bodygroup. There are more minor tweaks, but I won't describe them here.
