Fixed Battle Surgeon's Icon. (there was a name change in one of RPGO's upks)

Random Classes:
Blademaw won't roll as a primary weapon. could result in borked character on some mod setups. (if you didn't have glaives or primary knives)

shrunk mod size by removing now unnessecary upk.

adjusted metainfo. misunderstood how some things worked.

updated spec's metainfo (basically just a change in variable name)

shuffled spec numbers along a little bit to make room.
