Fixed:

- No longer tracks spectators or players behind walls/floors
- Large Bill doesn't get stuck on collisions anymore
- Large Bill should not fly into space anymore
- Added basic ground following feature to sandbox version (still testing for ttt version)
- Added ttt DEV version for testing (spawn with "give ttt_bulletbill_dev")
