Made some small adjustments to the technologies to prevent them from showing up in research, as well as fixing the DIS/SNW/TOS-era ships from being unlocked before Destroyers in tech-tree mode.

Added copies of the Battleship saucers that are XL-slots by request.

Note: due to technical limitations, they will show up in your battleship sections even if you haven't unlocked any XL-slot weapons.

Implemented Hotfix that fixes cultures other than the Federation from unlocking the new ship sections.

Unfortunately, there is no way to remove a technology that's been granted, so saves affected by the prior update will have the new sections they unlocked still there. I apologise for the inconvenience.
