Renamed the included ART file. This fixes the GFX issues, but some stuff will seem missing. If you wish to use the tiles, copy and rename the TILES005.XXX file to TILES005.ART and move it to your root Duke3D Folder. If your graphics are still messed up, delete the folder "198702368" in "steamapps/common/Duke Nukem 3D/gameroot/workshop/maps".

Fixed issues with one too many DM Player spawns causing the game to not launch properly.

Added a few more player spawns inside the building, also added more shotgun spawns, another ripper spawn, an RPG, and some misc props.

Also added a NSFW tiles005.art file, which is what the map was originally developed with. I have no idea if it will work automatically, however.
