Updated Puppet: He/she's still have the same bones, but with new aditions
- New physics
- Added new propety, "$jointcollide". A selective type of collision between the joints.

Fixed glowing textures for Puppet and Mangle:
- Replaced "$emissiveblend" (who requires HL2 episodes) for "$selfillum" to avoid the "NULL" texture error and pink tunes.
