nearly renewed all three self-created characters' skills, adding bombardment AOE skill to them and the famous diao chan. the new skill is inspired from the very first generation of KOEI three kingdoms game, named bombed flame.

delete 12t table, since there is no way to eliminate the Ji_Ben bug in the system. Only 4 turn game can be played without this bug.
