TROM 4.0 :

- A lot of changes to combat: base melee hit chance values have been lowered, and melee hit chance (=melee attack) values for all units have been changed.
- Cavalry has been buffed across the board, and some infantry units have special rolls due to their reduced numbers.
- Reworked the abilities of most units.
- Updated bugfix data created by Alex Zhao.

TROM 3.9e change log

- Reduced the damage of two-handed weapon units.
- Improved Auto Resolve.
- Royal and Dragon units now have a unit cap.
- Reduced the recruitment cost and upkeep cost of Dragon units.
- I've started the groundwork for optimizations.

These changes may not have been applied correctly. I haven't done enough testing yet.
