- Rewrote the Grenade Launcher code, its much more efficient and works more realistic

- Rewrote the Shotgun Reload Fix, it now works with all clip amounts and is a lot more efficient

- Removed the Muzzle Flash of Silenced Weapons

- Added: a console command that determines the amount of ammo clips a player spawns with. ( STALKERAmountOfXtraClips "number" )

- workaround that prevents getting extra ammo when picking up dropped weapons :)
