Increased number of teams in NASL from 8 to 10.

Updated for 14.3 compatibility.

Unfortunately, I've had to make some changes to the structure and make data changes. As far as I can tell, the official database includes the following changes:

* Deletion of the Soccer Bowl competition
* Renaming of existing 'American Second Division' to USL First Division
* Creation of a seperate 'American Second Division league competition
* Transferring of teams from old American Second Division to newly created American Second Division

I've made the following changes:

*Removal of 2013 history from Spring and Fall season
*Recreated NASL Soccer Bowl using the Spring season competition
*Changed which competition is being used as a second tier to take into account the newly created American Second Division.
