Update 2.9:
1. Disabling mod will now cause all Online Players' Rideable Rough Patches to transform into standard Scooters.
2. Mod now applies Rough Patch sound and removes sprint particles from Online Player the moment it gets on Rideable Rough Patch.
3. Mod now plays Scooter removed particles and sound the moment Online Player gets off Rideable Rough Patch in case same actions but from unreliable state update were not executed yet (this may never occur but is handled anyway).
4. Rideable Rough Patch status effect no longer attempts to stop playing honk particles on every update.
5. Updated Shara_SkinColors_Tools_Short and Shara_SteamID_Tools scripts.
