Political Might - HE Embassy building and some Landmarks
Truffles - produced by Bretonnian fields
Looted Artifacts - Occupied Itza and Hexoatl, and produced by other regions the Lizardmen start the game with and you occupy

Changed the trade UI a bit to accomodate the extra resources, it'll work with other mods that add new trade resources.
