- Nuclear Biochemical Mask now also protects Neck (in addition to Head), but Bite and Scratch Defense values lowered to 75 from 100
- The Airforce Helmet can now be used with the Gasmask and Balaclavas
- Hazmat Suit defense values increased to 65 from 5/15.
- Other minor value changes to insulation, wind resistance, water resistance, etc. on above items.
