The Stall Fix Update!

After many many moons, Bird Guy's infinite stalls have been nerfed.

- Diminishing returns have been added to DAir bounces

- (Per individual air time) After Bird Guy's first time hitting FSpecial, all subsequent FSpecials hit will not send Bird Guy at an up angle.

Big thanks to Supersonic and Mawral for helping get these tweaks in game

Reverting to the patch I had to revert out of because of riptide
