+Waluigi is now far less floaty.
+Dash speed increased.

=FAir and FSpecial swapped places.
+FAir has a melee hitbox.
-FAir only shoots the ball if you do not hit.

-NSpecial speed on a forward-angled bomb decreased.

-FSpecial can only be used once in the air before needing to land.
+FSpecial can go up and down while in use.

-Increased start and end lag on NAir.

+DStrong replaced entirely!
+FStrong's knockback increased.
+Increased height of UStrong so it can better hit enemies on the ground.

Added Abyss Rune support!
