» added new street to the map

- new street includes 2 more rooms in building
- you can switch lights on/off with the button in these rooms

» added weather effects (rain and snow)

- random weather effect will take place on MapLoad and MapSpawn
- if you want to change weather effect, use CleanuUpMap command
- it may be a bit glitchy (snow may go through walls)

» added trigger_weapon_strip that strips player's weapons on spawn
» the game now picks a random building to barricade (there're 4 places where barricade can take place)

» added 3 new elements

- added flame stick (white building in the map middle) which ignites NPCs and objects
- added steam pipes (in the prison, shoot the small metal object to fire it) which ignites NPCs and objects
- fixed the metal detector in the prison to trigger the alarm
