- Removed country spawning related to compliance, this will prevent various countries from popping up everywhere.

- Added special occupation policy "Civil War" that should prevent chaos in countries fighting a civil war.

- Some localisation fixes

- Communist countries can now form collaboration governments (La Resistance only).

- Added armoured car available now at start of the game for all countries.

- UNSC permanent members now get a minimum of 4 spies (La Resistance only).

- Relocated UNSC related icons from diplomacy view.

- Added resistance in the Baltic region.
