- Police Action resolutsions can no longer be vetoed by Communist nations to balance off the restricion on volunteers of democracies.

- Democratic Left countries can now send less volunteers than Democratic Right.

LEASED STATES

- Fixed lease bug allowing to lease non island territory.

1. If a country is leasing territory from a country which is at war and the leasing country is annexed the lease is now revoked automatically and the territory is handed to the country that annexed the original leaser.

2. If you have leased territory in a country you declare war on the leased territory is now automatically returned to its original owner.
