• Every Nation Research All Technology option

• Changed the research all to use an array so that it will work regardless of what other mods you are using

• Added the ability to research all for your subjects

Bug Fixes
• Fixed Industry Menu Mods not removing
• Fixed missing localization

New Global Control Menu
• New Menu that adds some mods that will affect every nation in the game

Research Menu
• Added 1, 2, 5, 10 research breakthrough options

Other Changes
• Moved some mods from the Miscellaneous Menu to the new Global Control Menu
• Added a Turn Off All Mods option
• Added the new technologies to the Research All options
• Added the new buildings to the construction options
• Made the mods into National Spirits so that they save even on a reload
