• Added faction modifiers to the Diplomacy Menu

• Updated Compatibility with Imperial Nostalgia

• Added State Transfer Options to the State Editor Menu
~Allows you to transfer any state to yourself via the map or decisions
~Allows you to select any other nation and transfer states to them the same way

• Changed some localization

New in version 3.6.3:
• Made changes so the menus and cheats will now open or activate right away (some that require country/state ids will still need a few days to load). This means you can use the cheats while the game is paused.

• Implemented a new way to check if running MD or not for the cheats that doesn't spam logs

• Ideology menu will no longer show when MD is enabled

• Fixed the vassal menu not showing for overlords
