Update: This updates adds a better check for adding the bonus on load of a saved game. This update also adds a new console command;

RustyFix_Underlay_ForcePostAutopsy
This can be used to force set the conditions in the HQ for the underlay breakthrough. This should be useful in a LWotC game.
Perform the Purifier Autopsy > Use the Command > Save and Reload.

This update also changes the naming convention in the Config file, so be sure to check it if you had changed values!
