* Added allowBurningCorpse (Allow fire damage like Molotovs or Incendiary Ammo to set the body on fire) to settings.cfg. Set to false by default.

* Added config file, generated into Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/ems/survivor_ragdolls/settings.cfg. Settings available are:

- transparentOnlyOnRealism = true (Whether to allow transparent defib bodies only for Realism. true to enable, false to disable)
- timeUntilTransparent = 7.50 (Time until transparency is applied to defib body. Use -1.0 to disable completely)
- noDefib = false (Remove the defib body completely)
