Soft armor has been further reduced. Neutral special's animatio now changes speed depending on the angle thrown.

-Jab is somewhat faster.
-Forward tilt has slightly more ending lag.
-Forward strong's angles have been adjusted.
-Down strong is faster and has a different hit SFX.
-Up strong hits slighty higher.
-Back and forward aerials have slightly more knockback scaling.
-Up aerial comes out faster. Sweetspot is slightly lower, though.
