Various fixes

Major changes! Weapon still rarely available for purchase, and now questline can be completed to build the weapon.

Three blueprints are added to the world - Ancient High-Tech Hilts, Ancient High-Tech Blades, and Ancient High-Tech Plasma Emitter. They are on the BHI vendor list with a very small chance to appear, but also, the Hilts is on the Bugmaster, the Emitter is on Cat-Lon, and the Blade is 100% chance to be sold by the Catun Scrapmaster in Catun.

Each blueprint unlocks research: Cyberfang Hilt, Cyberfang Blade, and Cyberfang Plasma Edge. Each research takes rare mats, like Power Cores, Generator Cores, Engi Research, and AI Cores.

When all three are completed, the Cyberfang Katana appears as craftable - all color variants - at a Level 3 Forge.
