Updated some lights and shading in the city

Began revamping walls of City and the fortresses, changed some water materials to hopefully perform better while also looking better, amongst other minor changes

Added a lot more nodegraphs, disabled HDR for the time being

Added detail grass, custom water material, revamped pyramid lighting, added a way to toggle ambient sounds, added a few more nodegraph nodes, revamped teleporter, added security cameras, scaled back HDR (maybe a little too much) to make the map less blinding
