v1.3 & Knuckles - The Holy Crap we didn't actually balance him, so we are now patch.

Up B has received a more balanced and refined version, sending Knuckles upward and then downward in order to tackle spamming this move.

All moves now have hitboxes and hurtboxes that are flexable to the move, but aren't outlandishly large.

Bumpers have been BUMPED up the board and now send opponents flying based off the center of the hitbox, have fun with that.
