Due to 1.10 i had to Remove all craft able items

> Removed Tweaks Torch
> Removed Scrapper SMG
> Tweaks Gold Sack is still in but no longer craft able.

I will re-add these and more when i have a fix.

Converted the Tweaks Chest mod to the Tweaks Items pack... Added Tweaks Machette, Tweaks Fuel Pump, Tweaks Stashes, Tweaks Gold Sack, Tweaks Torch, MK2 Grenade and improved the Tweaks Chest Placement.
