-Fixed Fspecial hitpause

-She has a HUD of how many times you used the potion (kinda useless).
-Added new CSS thing
-Nspecial_air knockback is reduced (it was too op)
-Eyes from Miku color are different
-Uspecial distance increased
-Fspecial does way less hitstun
-Her AI is way way better now
-Reduced Knockback from Dspecial and Dspecial Air (0.1) ("Both don't have an OP knockback anymore)

-Uair doesn't have cooldown anymore.
-You can't move while doing Fspecial_air, Nspecial_air, Fair/Bair and Dspecial_air
-Visual effects are better (i think)
-Utilt hitbox is bigger now
-Increased Dspecial air cooldown (120 --> 200)
-Dspecial air has more startlag (20 --> 30)

-Uair doesn't have the pratfall effect anymore, instead, now it has a cooldown of 120 frames
-Fspecial has now more cooldown (45 --> 60)
-Increased startlag and endlag to Ustrong
-Increased knockback from Ustrong
-Now you can taunt kill with only 4 potions
-AI spams shoots more now
