As monarchist added the possibility to reclaim the French throne.

The French throne?? how? "Simply" freeing France from German domination and bringing Elena d'Orleans, wife of Amedeo di Savoia and Princess of France, to the throne!

Updated the behaviors of AI. Choosing the historical way will concentrate in the Alliance with Germany and in a quick entry into war. In the alternative, instead, it will concentrate on creating its own faction and developing the economy by choosing the path of civil development.
