Units from last DLC are back in in All units roster. Removed RoRs from the last DLC from Loreful unit roster.

Selecting multiple of the same unit will work correctly. This didn't effect All Units version since it adds units directly to the army.

Units are now sorted by price in the DoW panel.

BIG UPDATE: added an options panel that allows you to change the recruitment price and tweak other options.
So things will cost money now, set it to 0 for free stuff, like it used to be. Open the options with the button at the top left of the Dogs of War panel.
