- Added Gen. Shepherd as a Field Marshal
- Changed Sgt. Foley to a regular General
- Added Cpl. Dunn as a General

USA:
- Added all main campaign Rangers as democratic USA leaders:
- Replaced Alf Landon with Gen. Shepherd
- Replaced Wendell Wilkie with Cpl. Dunn
- Replaced Thomas Dewey with Joseph Allen
- Replaced Harry Truman with James Ramirez
- Replaced Douglas MacArthur with Gen. Shepherd (1944 election & MTG civil war events)
- Renamed unaligned USA to Burger Town Loyalists

SOV:
- Added Vladimir Makarov as leader of unaligned and fascist Russia (replaced Konstantin Rodzaevsky)
- Replaced Andrey Vlasov and Ivan Konev with Vladimir Makarov (SOV civil war events)
- Renamed unaligned and fascist Russia to Ultranationalist Russia (with Ultranationalist Party flag)

Other:
- Added about 20 loading screen quotes from MW2
