Hopefully the last update for a while.

- Removed "fake floor" from the specular maps on all vehicles that was making the glass look bad
- Added a little more detail to the rail trucks on the locomotive and cars
- Make exposed axle hubs rotate with the wheel as the train is moving. You'll have to zoom in close to see it.
- Final adjustment to extra lighting effects
- Corrected some smoothing issues
- Removed doors and passenger capacity from locomotive
- changed cab car capacity from 99 to 100

Metra #129:
- Reduced tris by another 100 (final optimizaion)
- Corrected some shading and model issues
- Further adjusted lighting effects
- Cab lights now only illuminate when leading the movement
- Reduced acceleration and braking

Metra #6070:
- Reduced tris by another 100 (final optimizaion)
- Corrected pivot point issue
- Added silhouetted windows at night
- Reduced acceleration and braking
- Increased passenger capacity to 100

Metra #8507:

- Made the cab car on just 1 end now
- Added front plow
- Further adjusted lighting effects
- Cab lights now only illuminate when leading the movement

- Reformatted textures
- Repositioned Metra logo and car number to mimic real-world versions of this type of car
- Dimmed passenger window lighting
- Cleaned up illumination and specular textures
- Added a 3rd safety window

Locomotive:
- Replaced grey areas on the body with proper orange
- Adjusted door markers
- Added engine number with correct city name and logo under cab windows
- Extra Vehicle Effects: alternating ditch lights, red lights for trail operation, low speed bell

Gallery Car:
- Added proper number
- Adjusted door markers, reduced to 1 door per side

Cab Car:
- Added proper number
- Adjusted door markers, reduced to 1 door per side
- Extra Vehicle Effects: alternating ditch lights, red lights for trail operation, low speed bell
