-Fixed concrete-tiles LOD.

-Separated submeshes into individual trailers for more control over the contents of your train.
-Included coils- and concrete-tiles-only versions into this pack (since the separate Packs are not needed anymore).
-Fixed LOD UV-Map issue that caused textures bugging out ingame.
