Fixed new game bug.

Extra attention regarding the menu going off screen.

Correcting value bug in the new function.

Function added & changed working of Perlin; in combination with normalize it can actually be used now.

Value can be zero now; mathematical not very usefull but very practical when entering values. Menu position will now save when leaving the Terraineditor
