fixed players speed being lowered if a temporary speed buff would cause a players speed to be higher than 2 (e.g. you have 1.75 speed, you get a temporary +1 for 2.75 but it's capped at 2, the effect ends and you lose the +1 buff, setting your speed to 1 instead of 1.75)
