Fixed a bug which could cause the spawned Cubes of Meat/Balls of Bandages to get stuck in the wall (and thus be impossible to pick up) if the boss room isn't standard shape.

Updated so that instead of the mod deciding which item you need more at the point you defeat the Harbinger, it will just always give you a "There's Options" style choice between them.

In retrospect this is how it always should have worked. Nothing is lost from giving the player this freedom.
