-Figured out how to change version in files
-Made N-Special have extra punches and a cool finisher, had to nerf thanks to extra moves.
-Made Road Roller be able to actually kill
-Info on selection
-Fixed D-Air hitbox
-Fixed Roll-Dodge offsets
-Made D-Strong not kill at 48%
-Brought Time Stop minimum damage back to 75%
-Fixed Dash Attack coming out too early
