Fixed the Flying Exploit Glitch currently in the game

Reduced Explosive Jars damage versus players, increased their craft time to prevent PvP abuse from request. (Please come with feedback if it is way too low)

Just added a fix for the Khari Minibosses in the Wine Cellar Dungeon giving 324 million XP into the intended 42300 XP.

Initial release, will update if needed in the future, but probably won't need to unless Funcom makes changes to the recipe tables with the Explosives.
