v0.5 Added Forward Special and Up Special

Forward Special "U-turn" : has a cooldown while in the air, resets once you hit the ground.

Up Special "Sky Uppercut" : can be used once before double jumping and once after double jumping, allowing for a max of two Up specials before going into free fall.

v0.51 removed wallcling because I couldn't get it working properly.

I've added a float (based on Peach float), wall cling, and now jab and dtilt are complete.

One issue with walljump not playing properly but I'm working on that!
