fspecial uses from 7 down to 5
fixed previous bug so final fspecial use now actually has super armor
dspecial now has more startup and does less hitpause, about 2.5 seconds at max (may nerf more in the future)

her aerial Fspecial became her normal fspecial
her previous normal fspecial became her fsmash (old one is now gone)
her down b became her dsmash (old one is now gone)
her new down b is a powerful blizzard that restores 1 fspecial when used, but can only be used once per stock
