At the request of a server admin, I added 1 computer to each light recipe. This is to enforce ownership over the light controls. I guess unauthorized lighting has been a bit of a problem lol. Be aware that a side affect of this is that weapons can target them.

Added MA_lightbox, a 30 degree spotlight that i made for Pole Parts.

Added light that is mounted on a little pole instead of surface mounted. And fixed that the new light was in place of the classicspot. :|

Fixed small error with missing icon and that lightbar should be 3 wide, accidentally set it 1-wide last update.

SE update has allowed me to use spotlight block type with no script. Converted blocktypes to spotlights, now they have normal controls.

-Fixed survival build error+crash.
-Nerfed the light intensity and spread somewhat. It was a little out of control.
-Increased PCU for the multi-light blocks. Sorry but it was necessary to reflect that spotlights are in fact resource intensive and we can't be spamming them.
