- Fixed rat spawn spawning and the dialed down the amount
- Make time slow down when events are triggered from twitch
- Update raining men and golden shower to drop pods more randomly
- Create a heart attack event to replace the kill colonist event
- Forbid items from drop pods
- Fix up ranged weapons to bow event. Will no longer try to change weapons that don't have a quality
