Realigned patterns, smaller grids

NATO version added, per request of Autistic Stormtrooper. Of course, now there are 2 of both, so if someone could hmu on how to fix that...

I apologize profusely for the errors and shit that this has; unfortunately I am not an experienced modder/programmer, and thus I will not be able to fix them in the near future (most likely).
