Added new nspecial when pressing down b right, summon an anchor that is static, if someone runs into it while it is up they will get hit by it it is meant for stage control.

Added 3 ustrong effects with there own knock back angles and look, , still working on final one

down special up flame pillar kb angle 90

down special right Shark wave kb angle 5

down special left gale sweep kb angle 50 first hit box second hit box kb angle 90, has a hitbox on each side.
