- Added a mod setting that makes the Equip command set equipment as forced

- Improved support for alien races built with Humanoid Alien Races 2.0. Individual racks can now be assigned a race via Rack dialog. Rack's race affects what equipment goes on it. Defaults to human.
- Each rack can also be assigned a body type. It affects how the equipment on it is displayed. Defaults to male body type.
- After successfully equipping from rack via Equip command, it will change to Transfer, saving you extra mouse clicks.
