-Decreased lag for turnaround from 25 to 12
-Increased startup lag and endlag for F-Air
-Minor adjustment to D-Strong
-Added N-Air: A large, spinning "get-off-me" move. Works like Kragg's but only hits once.
-Added Prototype U-Special (only movement changed, no sprites yet)

-Changed some things in init
-Added more frames to his idle animation.
-Added Jab: A quick 1-hit jab that can be used as safe damage and a combo starter.
-Added F-Strong: A powerful, disjointed multi-hit electric burst. Deals 16 uncharged and 24 fully charged.

-Changed Kaleb's knockback adjustment from 0.77 to 1.3
-Added D-Strong: A sweeping motion in a circle that drags opponents with them. Oddly enough, launches upward.
