Ported some vehicles from CtA, changed tank/mounted MG ranges to be longer.

Rebalanced all small-arms including MGs and AT, they now have slightly longer ranges with MGs having shorter reload times.

Changed some helmets for the US squad (editor only for now)
Please let me know if you would rather have the T1 US squad replaces with these guys along with AT squad

Removed the ZPU until I can figure out what is crashing it.
Added in some editor breeds along with refining the standard ones a little.
Added new loading and menu music.
Will most likely be adding map making props for the editor next.

Cleaned up some stuff, removed some stuff. Yes I know the ZPU is crashes when selected, I am trying to fix it.
